Professional Half Sheet Pan With Cross Wire Cooling Rack

This pan and rack are really great! I ordered them because Ina talks about doing bacon in the oven on a rack. I find, though, that I use them all the time. They were well worth the price.

I find this pan & Wire cooling rack to be SO USEFUL in my kitchen! I use the pan for virtually everything! From roasting vegetables, chicken & meat to baking cookies. The wire rack is fantastic for cooling baked goods or drizzling toppings without a mess. I find myself using this product for MUCH more than I thought I would! I definitely recommend it!
