Why did I wait so long?

I just received these a couple days ago, and just love them! I have already made some baked eggs, and Ina's scallop dish. OMG, those scallops are AMAZING. (I am now planning to make them for Christmas Eve.) I have also made her Berry oven pancakes, and they are fabulous, too - try sauteed apples as an alternative to the beries. These little dishes present beautifully. I know I will use them a LOT...I already am!!!

These dishes are really the perfect size. Mostly, though, I want to thank you for the speed in which I received my order and the careful packing. You guys are great!

These dishes are the perfect size for individual casseroles, and are quite good looking. I find I use them pretty frequently to just roast enough plum tomatoes (with olive oil and balsamic vinegar) for dinner.
