This Stainless Steel Food Milleasily strains, purees, mashes and blends food. Its 2 qt capacity is ideal for preparing soups, sauces, purees and mashed potatoes. A quick turn of the large crank handle forces food through the blades and directly into a pot or bowl.
Unlike a blender that turns everything to liquid or the food processor that purees everything to a uniform texture, the food mill separates the puree from the peels, seeds and cores and allows you to control the smoothness.
Made of 18/8 stainless steel. Comes with three blades. Disassembles for easy cleaning.
